HOW TO SMART SEARCH

On the Smart Search page, enter your case number (with or without hyphens), or party name (Last, First, Middle) in the field provided and click the Submit button. Your search results will appear on the next screen. Click on your case number to continue. Up to the first 200 results will display.

Examples:

o Case number:

- 2020-AMP-000001, 2020AMP000001

- 2020-CA-005243-H, 2020CA005243H

- For cases with parentheses like 2020-CA-000001-L(RP), enter 2020-CA-000001-LRP, 2020CA000001LRP

o Party name:

- Smith, John

- Smith, John James

- Smith, Jon* to capture both Jon, Jonathan, etc.

- Smith, John* to capture both John, John James, etc.

- Smith, Jon* to capture both Jon, Jonathan, etc.

- Rose*, John to capture Rose, Rosenthal, etc.
